JUMP!!

Sometimes you just want to sit in your diaper box. I guess.
And sometimes you have to take that phone call, even if you are in the middle of lounging.

She looks too skinny here!

"May I help you?"

Alright, I will let you take my picture!

She found the raspberry patch, and enjoyed it!

Watching a show in comfort.

Check out that hair! It is getting longer!

She does not need our help any more to jump. She has gotten really brave.

"Ummm, Mom, you really stink at building a fort."

This week has been a busy week for us. Ben and I both started back at school, and he is working 12 hour shifts 5 days a week. Yuck! Luckily the weather has been really nice so Amelia and I have been playing a lot outside.
I did not have a lot of pictures to post so the ones I have are not the best.
Hopefully you will love them anyway!
Let me also add that I just walked in on my daughter using her little water bottle to draw on her Aqua doodle, rather than the designated pen. She is so creative, ha ha.
Now let me write a little about what she loves to do at the moment.
1. She loves to say, "oh no".
2. She loves to eat anything someone else has.
3. She loves to climb on me and anything else she thinks will work.
4. She loves to take sand and pour it on everything such as, pool, Frisbee, me...
5. She loves to get my eyeliner and "use" it
6. She loves the movie, "A Bug's Life".
7. She loves to watch Billy the Exterminator with me.
8. She loves to wrap her babies in her blanket.
9. She loves to go up and down stairs.
and finally...
10. She loves to stand at the bottom of the stairs and turn the light on and off.
Hope you enjoy!
Love - Us

These are the cool stick on chalkboard flowers my neighbor got her!

They were so easy to put on and are easy to clean off!

I tried to build her a fort today and it was not the greatest.

She did try to work with it though.

At first she tried to jump into from the couch. She found out quickly that was not what you were supposed to do.
Live and learn.

Pretty double rainbow!

Chillin' at Aunt Karen's!
She loved that chair and knew she had to put it at the end next to Emma.
Then she would just watch them play!

Goofy girls playing the Wii.
They are getting so old!

They all had me put pigtails in their hair so they would all match!

Ben and Amelia at the hotel getting ready to swim!

I never knew that a swimsuit and a laundry basket were so much fun!

It obviously makes a great seat to watch movies in!

And it doubles as a dance floor!
Wish I had video taped this one!
She was a dancing queen!

Go Amelia, go go go Amelia!!

Popsicles and Shoes, Again!

Since we have been spending a lot of time on the deck lately, I decided to get Amelia some Popsicles. She was slightly unsure of them at first but now she knows where they are and runs to the freezer wanting one.
Amelia also loves to give us bites now. She is very good at sharing, on her own terms of course!!

" Umm, Mom, this is cold."

"SOUR, very Sour!"

"Wanna bite, Mom?" Which translates to, get the ice out of the way so the juice can come through.

"Lovin' this!"

"It's cold and it is going down my diaper!"

Brain Freeze.

I entitle these next pictures as:
What Amelia does with my shoes.

Need your shoes taken for a ride?
Call Amelia Shoe Services...
They may not get their together but I always carry a full load!

No reimbursements for unpaired shoes.

Not only does she love my shoes but she loves the lotion and baby powder.
She actually pushes them around in the baby stroller instead of her baby.

The focus is horrible on this but maybe you will still enjoy it.

She is Definately a Weirdo!!

So, the other day I thought we would give potty training a try. I don't know why I thought that we should attempt to do it considering my daughter does not understand what I am talking about. She has no idea what potty is and has no desire to try and take her own pants off. Nor does it bother her to have a full and dirty diaper. But, none the less, I thought we would try and she would just go in it.
I put some training underwear on her, with the plastic panties over them(thank you Karen). I then showed her them M&M's and showed her that if you sat on potty you would get one. So she sat there, very nicely and ate some.
I put her on there every 20 minutes and 4 hours later she had not peed.
After 2 drinks she should have had to go.
As soon as I put her diaper on, she went.
So now thoughts of urinary tract infections are filling my head so I am going to wait until she can somewhat talk/understand me.
So for now she will just use the potty as she wants......
as a hat.
I mean, no wonder she didn't want to potty in it.
Who wants to potty in their hat?!?!?!

Does it look less mullety with a pony on top?

Yes, she did this herself.
She loves getting shoes out.

What's a Bathtub?

Since Grandma and Grandpa Rundle have been here, Daddy has been able to work on the bathroom. Now, the tub is in full function, well, kinda!! Amelia can at least take a bath. No more sink!!
Amelia loves taking a bath and I so glad that it ready for her to use.

I could never lay down in the sink!!

Drinking water!

Look at me! Look at me!

Grandma Rundle introduced her to cereal!
She loves it!

Mmmmm!

Playing trains!

New SandTurtle!

Dig. Dig.Dig, Diggity Dig!

"Ben Bob, grab the gun!"

I have this horrible habit of setting garbage out on the porch. I started doing this when Amelia was crawling because I was scared she would injure herself while I walked the garbage out to the garbage can. So, the habit has continued and there have been several mornings I have woken up to garbage strewn across the porch. Ben has gotten on my case several times. The other nite, I told myself that I would take it down before I went to bed, but I forgot. Later Ben came down and told me to come and look.
There was a possum stuck in the garbage bag!!
Yuck!
After several attempts, Ben got it out without injuring himself or the possum!
Needless to say, now I am scared to go out in the dark!

First ride on the lawn mower!
Not as fun as Uncle Chris's four wheeler!

I really do not understand why I am in time out!!

I just wanted to color and I did not have any more paper!

repeat

Lookin' cute!

A little hair play!

Love it!

Nice shocked look!

Happy girl!

Longer in the back!

Moose brought her a present!
Daddy saved it before the cat made it dinner!

Hyper child!
